Shipping and Return Policies
To calculate the shipping cost for your order first add the items you wish to purchase to your shipping cart and then use our quick shipping fee calculator on the cart screen. Shipping rates are based on the total weight of the products in your order.
Sales tax is only charged on orders being shipped to a NY address (8.625%).
Each product we offer requires a different amount of processing time before being shipped. On the product page of each item you will find the processing time required before shipment. Once your order is shipped you can expect to receive it in 1-6 business days (UPS Ground). Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.
Tracking numbers for all packages will be sent via email upon shipment when available.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted by our warehouse. Prior authorization is required for all merchandise returns. Please contact us within 3 days of the delivery of your purchase to receive your RMA number for return shipment. Items being returned must be in new/unopened condition in their original packaging.
All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipment costs must be pre-paid by the customer. If you provide us with the wrong shipping information (i.e. wrong street number) and UPS is unable to deliver your package a return shipping charge of $10 will be deducted from your refund, in addition to the above mentioned fees. The same fees apply if your package is refused upon delivery and you tell UPS to send it back to us.
You will be notified within 24 hours if any of your items are placed on backorder or discontinued. Backordered items typically ship within 7 business days. If, for any reason, we cannot get this item from the manufacturer and fulfill your order within that time, we will update you with another email.
