what a difference |

I am on a computer all day and was have issues with wrist and shoulder pain. Lowering the keyboard and mouse to the proper height has helped so much. Was easy to install which I had gotten one sooner

All great except the mouse tray |

This is a solid, excellent tray and I am glad I bought it. Unfortunately the mouse tray cannot be tilted: it appears as if the pivot rod is fused to the tray's housing. In trying to free it, I damaged the metal finish. I am hoping that ErgoDirect can send a replacement so that I can mount one that works.

gave a good rating instead of an excellent one due to the install instructions was hard to understand. other than that i am very please with this tray. it's solid and flexible to meet my personal needs. only recommendations would be to redo the instructions so they would be better understood using verbiage instead of lines.

This is a nice product for the price. However, there were really no installation instructions. I remember watching a really great installation video before I purchased the product. It would have been much simpler to send a link to that video with the sales confirmation.
